## Boardy

Boardy is the warm cube in a navy suit. About the size of a generous mug (120 mm class). Hardware:

- Kraft cardboard head
- BOARDY wordmark + barcode on the **side** (not printed across the face)
- White OLED face: two dots and a smile (not lime-green circular eyes)
- Navy fabric body with a circular speaker grille
- Navy fabric necktie
- Square navy base with feet

## Hermes

Hermes is the night-shift sibling. Same compact desk presence, different mood. Hardware:

- White arched handle with mic dots
- HERMES in gold on the side
- Navy cylinder speaker base with grille
- OLED: black-and-white manga girl, blunt bangs, thick white headband (frontal / three-quarter, animated in the action clip — not the old profile-left sticker with over-ear headphones and an N collar badge)

- MindDragon Labs (capital D). Short mark MindDragon is fine; the full name includes Labs.
- BOARDY, not Bordy.
- Marketing tone, not workshop notes. No BOM, no 2×COGS, no driver SKUs.
- Kraft paper + navy. No hero gradient.
